The African continent faces many challenges. It is difficult for the people and their nations to catch up with other continents. However, the people in different places of Africa have the potential to develop this continent and come on par with other continents and nations. Education and health are the key elements to achieve this.
Chreso Ministries is committed to meeting these challenges by bringing together and supporting people in the education and health sectors. This synergism has evolved and perpetuated over four decades.
Chreso Ministries began with mobile clinics that provided basic medical care. Over the years, various tasks and resulting offers have crystallized and developed. These offers include the mentioned educational and health areas. These offers complement each other and the individual areas merge seamlessly.
Chreso Ministries has built up several orphanages in the course of the last three decades, to which schools are also connected. The children are taught by qualified teachers and cared for by social workers. They receive their education there up to "Grade 2" level (equivalent to our university entrance qualification) and also regular quality meals. The school-leaving qualifications are among the best in the country.
In addition to the schools at the orphanages, Chreso Ministries operates schools at the Chreso Ministries headquarters - also called the GO Center. Children and youth living in the area are therefore offered schooling up to and including "Grade 2". These school offers are very popular with the residents of the district. Offers outside the traditional school education are also used abundantly. These offers, also called "Vocational Training" are practical occupations in the field of technology, gastronomy and other services. Recently, Chreso Ministries has also very successfully built up a state-recognized Chreso University with more than 3,000 students per year. There, many fields are offered as bachelor's degree programs, such as Nursing, Clinical Officer, Accountant, etc. For indigent, gifted students, Chreso Ministries also provides scholarships to a certain extent.
A child entering the Chreso World educational system is eligible for educational opportunities up to the bachelor's degree level.
